Returns and Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping at Ashley Stambouli. We strive to provide you with high-quality, made-to-order fashion pieces from our Miami Atelier. We understand that sometimes things don't work out, and we are here to help you with your returns and exchanges.

Exchanges

  • Size Exchanges: We offer exchanges for a different size within 15 days of receiving your order.
  • Eligibility: To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
  • Process:
    1. Contact our Customer Service at ashley@ashleystambouli.com within 15 days of receiving your item to initiate an exchange.
    2. Please include your order number and details of the size you wish to exchange.
    3. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to return the item.
    4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send out the new size.

Refunds

  • Store Credit Only: Since every piece is made to order, we do not offer refunds to the original payment method. Instead, we provide store credit.
  • Eligibility: To be eligible for store credit, the item must be returned within 15 days of receipt, in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
  • Process:
    1. Contact our Customer Service at ashley@ashleystambouli.com within 15 days of receiving your item to initiate a return.
    2. Please include your order number and reason for return.
    3. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to return the item.
    4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue store credit to your account.

Shipping

  • Free Shipping: We provide free shipping on all orders to the USA.
  • Processing Time: All items take between 2-3 days to process before shipping, excluding weekends.
  • Shipping Duration: Once processed, your order will be shipped promptly. You will receive a notification with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

Additional Information

  • Shipping Costs: We cover the cost of return shipping for exchanges and returns for store credit.
  • Processing Time for Returns: Please allow 5-7 business days from the time we receive your return for the exchange to be processed or store credit to be issued.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom or personalized items, sale items, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
